How can I help you?
Whether you’re looking for business consulting, musical events, private training, healing sessions, or you just have a question, I am here to be of service to you.
Fill out the contact form below with as much detail as possible and include your best email address. I receive a ton of email every week and do my best to respond to each and every message. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for a reply.
If you’d like to book a session, you can expedite the process by including the type of session (yoga, bodywork, meditation, voice & mantra, or business consulting), your preferred location (Bucktown, West Loop, Evanston or Skype/Google/phone), and if you have specific scheduling needs (days/times). I will be in contact with you with possible appointment options.
If you’d like to work with me and aren’t sure which type of session to book first, hop over here to my Healing Services Quiz so I can design a custom recommendation just for you!

You are an artist and your life is your work of art. Seth Godin describes art as “the unique work of a human being, work that touches another.” So how do we reach our inner artist? By what means can we connect ourselves to our deepest work, that can make a difference in our selves, others, our communities and our world? This group is for anyone who wants to live consciously, from a place of awareness, skillful action and compassion that ripples out to the community and world around you.
